No, this is not suitable to be used with a plug-in timer. This is a Wifi Heater that connects to your mobile phone.

Hi is this hard wired or plug in?

This comes with a 3-pin plug but can be spurred in by a qualified electrician if required.

Does the heat have overheat protection whereby once the radiator reaches temperature does it stop draining electric from the plug

They have an internal thermostat once it reaches the temperature it cuts out and will then start again when the temperature drops.

Yes, the child lock can be switched on using the app.

Can it be hung vertically on wall?

No, only horizontally not vertically.

What is the difference in energy costs re the 2 different power outputs - 1.5kw and 2kw?

Please check with your utility provider for the exact costs to run. On your utility bill, it should confirm how much you pay per kilowatt hour. Then double it for the 2kw version.

There are 3 of us at home, can all three of us have the app on our phones and use it to regulate the same panel that I would like to put in our bathroom or is it one panel to one phone

Yes, it can be used on separate mobile phones and be controlled by each user.

Do the panels get hot to touch? Can this be used in a dog kennel.

Yes, the Wi-Fi electric heater front panel will get hot to the touch. It is not suitable to be used in a dog kennel due to the dog hairs and the heater vents.

Are these heaters suitable for a conservatory?

Yes, but please check that you have the correct clearance.

Can panel heater be mounted on a wooden garden cabin wall?

It would need to be securely mounted to fire-retardant materials. A clearance is required on all sides of 300mm.

When mounted on the wall, which side of the panel heater does the power lead come from? Left or right, and how long is the lead?

The lead is approximately 1.3m and comes out of the right side when you are looking at the heater on the wall.

Can I set different temperatures for different time periods on the app? Can I also do this on the heater?

The Heater can be programmed hourly on the Tuya App with your mobile or on the P3 program to your daily requirements.

Can this heater be remotely controlled from outside the flat? Do they have an independent WiFi connection without the mobile phone being present?

It can be used manually or with the Wifi Tuya App connection with your mobile.

Does this grey model MYLEK WIFI App Controlled Slimline Electric Panel Heater come with a countdown timer?

This is a Wifi Heater that connects to your mobile phone via the Tuya App and can be controlled with the P3 program via your mobile or manually. It does not have a countdown timer.

Is this compatible with Google Hone App?

This works with the Tuya App.

Hi what’s is the cost per kw per hour to heat a room for a 500 kw rad ?

Please check with your energy provided for exact costs to run or look at your utility bill it should tell you the cost for 1kw per hour then half the cost for 500w.
