It has been over filled with powder inside. I had to drain the gell like mixture from inside as it was splitting the product. I filled it up with water as instructed careful not to overfill it but on its first trip into the water container in the cooling device it started to buldge.

What’s inside these packs?
My son burst one & im worried it could be toxic on skin/ if dog licks
It is not toxic to the skin but please get your dog to drink plenty of water. It contains blue crystals that once water is added change to a gel that stays frozen for longer.
