Waited 8 months to get it but oh boy was it worth it. After losing my own in an accident caused by my predecessors failings, I made it my life work to be able to make people feel slightly warmer when they came into my mid-sized office and boy do they feel. To bask in the warmth provided by this remote to the heated is to ask a penguin what it's like to eat a good fish after travelling hundreds of miles in the Antarctic snow.
